The Bidder undertakes to always provide the Buyer with the following information:

- contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and effectively (email, phone),

- availability of articles (any item or service offered on the site should be accessible within a reasonable time in the event of unavailability, we will notify you),
- the conditions of delivery of the goods or the execution of the service (manner, place and time of delivery),

- payment and delivery method,
- validity of the offer,
- the period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, if and how much it costs the buyer to return the item,

- Payment methods
Online shop www.mmasinca.si offers the following payment methods:
- Payment with payment cards through the Stripe system (Maestro, Mastercard, Visa) You will receive an invoice for the services provided together with the ordered products in the package or to your e-mail address.
- SEPA Direct Bank Transaction via Stripe
The purchase contract (order) is stored electronically on the provider’s server. One copy of this contract is sent to the buyer via email, upon successful completion of the order. Access to this contract is subsequently made available to the consumer by the provider, and the consumer can order a copy / copy of this contract via info@mmasinca.si. The provider then sends the ordered copy to the consumer by mail or in electronic form to the consumer’s desired email address.
The buyer may call the tenderer at his contact telephone number 041 / 491-451 or contact him via e-mail info@mmasinca.si to verify the information or to ensure the accuracy of delivery.
- Offer validity
The quoted prices on the website are for orders through the online store or by phone call at 041 / 491-451. Prices are valid for the above payment methods, subject to the above conditions, so some products may cause price variations on the website and other stores around Slovenia. Product prices are indicated in Euros (EUR). VAT is not calculated on the basis of 1. paragraph 94. ZDDV-1 (we are not liable for VAT).
The Bidder reserves the right to change daily prices, unless otherwise stated (eg special offers and special discounts). The prices are valid from the moment when the buyer confirms them when ordering on the online store www.mmasinca.si and are valid until the date of publication of the new price list. Prices are subject to change without notice.
In the event that the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, the bidder will either allow the buyer to cancel the purchase or offer a solution that will allow for mutual satisfaction.
The contract of sale between the bidder and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the bidder confirms the order and receives it electronically at his e-mail address. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.
Despite the efforts to keep all the products in stock and to keep the stock up-to-date, it sometimes happens that the product is out of stock and the buyer is informed by the buyer. In this case, we will notify you and refund your purchase in case of prepayment.

Ordering a product through the online store www.mmasinca.si can be settled with payment cards through the Stripe system, SEPA direct banking transactions through the Stripe system.
The package is shipped upon payment received.
Pošta Slovenije and GLS are the contractual partner for the delivery of shipments.
- Delivery costs
The delivery price is uniform at 3.99 €. Delivery costs are charged and stated on the order and invoice, with the items ordered, and you will pay it together with the order amount. For orders over € 60.00, postage is free of charge. It is also possible to have your own takeover at a business address free of charge.
- Delivery to any address in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia:
Production time is 3-5 days, so all orders will be placed and paid within 5 working days and delivery is scheduled for the next business day.
On weekends and holidays, delivery is not made, delivery is made on Monday or. the next business day after the holiday.

- Products named

- Cancel order
After placing the order, the buyer receives an order confirmation at his e-mail address. Any cancellation of the order may be reported to the tenderer’s telephone number 041 / 491-451 after receipt of the order confirmation.
The service provider provides support to customers from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm on the telephone number 041 / 491-451 and via e-mail info@mmasinca.si, where we will also write you off during business hours.
If we do not answer the phone immediately, we will definitely call you back as soon as possible.

In the case of distance contracts, the consumer has the right to inform the company within 14 days of receipt of the goods that he is withdrawing from the contract without having to give a reason for his decision. The cancellation of the contract / contract must be sent in writing to

104/5000 The only cost to the consumer in connection with the cancellation of the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. All products purchased from www.mmasinca.si are of such a nature that they can be returned by post. Please inform us in writing about the intended refund by contacting us at info@mmasinca.si. The consumer must return the goods within 14 days of the notified intention to withdraw from the contract. Payment must be repaid by the company as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal.
The goods received must be returned undamaged and unchanged by the buyer unless the goods are destroyed, defective, lost or their quantity reduced without the fault of the consumer.

In the event of any complaints, the Bidder will seek effective resolution. The complaint is submitted via e-mail info@mmasinca.si. The procedure for handling the complaint is confidential, and the provider will use its best endeavors to resolve any disputes by mutual agreement. If any disputes are not settled by mutual agreement, the court in Slovenj Gradec will have jurisdiction.
